About IWCT

IWCT continues to work towards the complete abolishment of the dog meat trade in the Philippines. We run a fully operational veterinary clinic, offering spay & neuter surgery and vaccinations, together with an associated education programme. We also rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs at our Treatment Centre in Tarlac.

We were founded in 1992 to promote Whale and Elephant conservation. In 1998 our attention turned to the unspeakable cruelty and brutality associated with the barbaric dog meat trade in the Philippines and today our primary focus remains helping the dogs in the Philippines.

Meet our brilliant Veterinary team in the Philippines, who are working together with our Treatment Centre Team and Investigator, all supported by our Trustees and Patrons in the UK.
